Dataset Access Agreement

Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing any AudioVault dataset, catalog API, structured metadata export, preview stream, training package, provenance report, or machine-learning-ready catalog bundle, the accessing party agrees to this Dataset Access Agreement, the Terms of Service, the AI Training License where applicable, and any written order form or platform contract tied to that access.
Access is conditioned on affirmative acceptance, authenticated identity, accurate organization information, declared purpose, and the license tier shown at the time of access. Passive browsing, scraping, or automated extraction does not create implied rights.
If a user acts for a company, lab, label, publisher, AI developer, distributor, or other organization, that user represents that they have authority to bind the organization to these terms.
Access Rights
Default access is view-only metadata access and stream-only preview access unless the platform grants a stronger tier. Download, stem access, API access, AI training, commercial use, dataset ingestion, and derivative dataset creation require separate permission.
AudioVault catalog structure, curated tags, rights segmentation, provenance records, creator metadata, and dataset organization are treated as protected platform assets and may not be copied or exploited outside the approved tier.
No ownership in creator works, masters, compositions, voice models, metadata structure, platform data, or dataset compilations transfers to the accessing party unless a separate signed agreement expressly says so.
Tiered Permissions
Listening, previewing, downloading, remixing, commercial licensing, AI training, dataset ingestion, catalog API use, voice-model use, and model deployment are distinct permission categories.
Each tier may set limits for file quality, metadata depth, API volume, territories, term length, model scope, output permissions, attribution, reporting, and creator compensation.
A party may not expand an access tier by combining features, reusing credentials, exporting data into another system, or claiming that one approved purpose authorizes another purpose.
Authentication And Controls
Users must access datasets through approved accounts, API keys, signed URLs, contract gates, or platform tools. Shared credentials, anonymous scraping, automated harvesting, and bypassing access controls are prohibited.
AudioVault may require identity verification, organization verification, payment verification, contract approval, creator consent, rate limits, watermarking, fingerprinting, or manual review before releasing sensitive dataset tiers.
AudioVault may deny, throttle, or pause access where activity appears suspicious, exceeds permitted scope, threatens creator rights, creates legal risk, or fails platform security checks.
Monitoring And Compliance
AudioVault may monitor access events, file requests, metadata requests, API usage, license status, declared purpose, suspicious behavior, download patterns, and downstream compliance signals.
Access logs may support creator reporting, license enforcement, fraud review, royalty calculations, takedown workflows, contract audits, security investigations, and legal compliance.
Licensees must cooperate with reasonable compliance reviews, provide records required by their tier, and promptly report unauthorized access, credential compromise, dataset leakage, or suspected misuse.
Breach And Enforcement
Unauthorized scraping, training, redistribution, sublicensing, commercial use, credential sharing, provenance removal, voice misuse, or false purpose declarations may result in immediate access termination.
AudioVault may suspend accounts, revoke keys, disable files, preserve evidence, notify affected creators, seek payment for unauthorized use, issue takedowns, or pursue breach of contract, unjust enrichment, or other lawful claims.
